Resolved that the HOS arranged a meeting and above executive members were nominated as per the guidelines of CBSE/DOE for the said committee to redress all the problems and the meeting was conducted in their presence.
Resolved that the HOS informed the members the value and necessity to form such committee.
Resolved that the posters will be displayed in the school premises to create awareness among the students to avoid tobacco/smoking.
Resolved that the committee will arrange short term classes and plays and warn the students to refrain from tobacco/smoking and aware them about the dangerous consequences of consuming tobacco products.
Resolved that the committee will monitor and survey the classes from time to time to notice the activities of students.
Resolved that the committee will survey and monitor around the school campus that there should be no shop selling tobacco products nearby the school boundary.
Resolved that the students should be warned from time to time if any student finds guilty or disobeying the rules and regulations or discipline of the school will be penalized. A strict action will be taken against such student.
